Return & Exchange Policy
At Shining Hair Global, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be: Unworn, Unwashed, Uncut, Not dyed or altered, In its original condition, Returned with the original packaging and tags.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Quality Issues or Wrong Item
If the return is due to our responsibility, such as receiving the wrong product or a product with a confirmed quality issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customer Preference Returns
If the return is due to customer preference, such as ordering the wrong color, wrong size, no longer wanting the item, or personal suitability, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund. Any deduction will be confirmed with you before the return is processed.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
How to Start a Return
Please email service@shininghairglobal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Due to the personalized nature of customized products, they are typically non-returnable unless there is an issue with the quality or if they do not meet the specifications discussed during the customization process. We will work with you to find a suitable solution in such cases.
