We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, undyed, uncurled, and untrimmed.

To start a return, contact us at service@shininghairglobal.com. We will provide a return link and a free return shipping label. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

We provide free return labels for: Canada, United States, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Australia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Ukraine, France, Mexico, Italy, Chile, South Korea, Japan, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Portugal, Israel, Russia, Belgium, Germany. For other areas, return to the required address.

This policy applies to orders placed after June 13, 2024. Customers who have placed orders before this date will need to pay for the courier fee when returning the goods.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about specific items. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that bank or credit card processing may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at service@shininghairglobal.com.

For customized products, a $30 USD customization fee is deducted from refunds.
