We only accept return or exchange within 7 days after you received the item. Please be noted that the unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and products eligible for a return must be those which are unworn, unwashed, uncut, not dyed and kept in its original condition - with original package & tag attached.

If the returning is on our responsibility (such as: Shipped wrong products, Quality damage of products), we will provide a full refund for you after we receive your return;

If the returning is on buyer’s responsibility (such as:Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size, Damage or delay of irresistible factor), we will deduct $20% of the order from your refund as loss of freight & handling fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally you will receive your money within 3-5 days after we received .

We do not cover return shipping costs for reasons If the returning is on buyer’s responsibility ( color differences due to device variations, personal unsuitability, ordering the wrong product, etc).

Please contact us before returning the product and submit a reasonable reason for the return. In the email, please include photos that allow us to verify the product is from our company and is in eligible condition, as well as photos of the product box in good condition.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about specific items. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that bank or credit card processing may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at service@shininghairglobal.com.

For customized products, a $30 USD customization fee is deducted from refunds.

If any customs duties are incurred during the return process, they will be deducted from the order amount.
