Iām just letting you know that I received my order. I think itās beautiful, and the colour matches my own hair perfectly.
Unfortunately, Iām having some issues with the fit and overall appearance. The left side sits quite high rather than laying flat and blending nicely with the sides. The hairline also doesnāt seem to work when positioned on other sides, unlike how itās shown in your ads. In particular, the hairline on the right-hand side doesnāt sit or blend as nicely as shown in the photos, and it looks quite flat, making the hairline very noticeable.
The clips/grippers are also quite uncomfortable and hurt my head. The hair gripper doesnāt fit properly either, as it appears to be designed for a middle hairline rather than the way I need to wear it.
Unfortunately, because of these issues, Iām unable to comfortably wear or use the product.
Would it be possible to return the item and receive a refund? Please let me know the return process and what I need to do.

The hair extensions do not look natural at all. It is very obvious that they are synthetic and do not resemble real human hair. I paid a significant amount of money for them, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I couldnāt use them and eventually had to throw them in the trash. What made the experience even more frustrating was that my request for compensation was rejected, despite the product not being worth the amount I paid for it. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend purchasing them.
Bought this for my daughterās wedding in September because my hair on top has gotten so thin lately. It looks very natural on. Took me a while to get the back clips snapped in right since my shoulders are stiff, but once itās on it feels fine.
Good quality hair. Had to wash it first because it had that packaged box smell and was pressed flat in the mail, but once I washed and blow dried it, it looked great.
My mom loves it! Great quality! Looks natural. You can part it every way. Took a Lott long but itās custom made so as expected. Definitely worth the wait!
This is my second one from this shop. The first one lasted me about 8 or 9 months before the ends started getting brittle. This new one feels very soft. Shipping to Ohio took about 6 days.
I was terrified ordering online without seeing it in person first. It blends right in with my side hair. My husband actually asked if I got a salon blowout lol.
Took it to my regular hair lady just to have her blend the front with my own hair. It feels lightweight on my head. Much better than wearing hats every day.
The hair itself is good quality but the postal service literally shoved the box into my tiny mailbox and the package was crushed. Luckily the topper wasn't damaged.
