Different products have different preparation times.
The preparation time for the Hair Topper Silk Base is 2 weeks, while the preparation time for other products is 1 week.
All of our products are handmade, and due to the more complex crochet technique used for the Hair Topper Silk Base, it requires more effort and time to produce. Therefore, good products require your patience.
We will make and ship the products as quickly as possible while ensuring quality.
We have selected the fastest shipping company, and the shipping times are as follows:
- U.S : 3-5 business days
- Europe & Canada & Australia: 4-6 business days
- Asia：3-5 business days
- Other countries: 5-8 business days
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday Sunday and holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Your package may require a signature. Most packages will be delivered to the address provided and will require you to sign for the package. If you're not at home and can't sign for it, you can ask them to hold the package at your local post office and reschedule it for another delivery.

Orders delivered may incur import taxes and fees. They are excluded in the purchase price on our website. This situation is rare, and even if there is a fee, it will be very small, so don’t worry. . Customs will contact you to provide your identity information. Please cooperate with them so that your package can be arrived to you earlier.
Customs will sometimes hold orders for review which can sometimes result in unexpected charges or delays. Any such delays with your delivery and/or charges are beyond our control. Customs can be a little slow with assessing packages, unfortunately we're not able to speed up this process and such delays can vary widely between packages - again this is totally out of our control.
